Visit the library's table at the Schodack Farmers Market to say hello, apply for a library card, and check out a book!

Need community service hours for school? 

Join TAG and help us plan teen events at the library! Snacks will be served. Ages 13-18.

Are you interested in helping to raise funds for the library? Join the Friends! All are welcome. 

In Stitches is our knitting and crochet group that meets every Wednesday at 6pm. Members include seasoned crafters and complete beginners. Our group is excited to teach new comers!

Chair Yoga: Thursday, September 18 at 10:00

Do you want to try Yoga but aren’t able to sit on the floor? This is the class for you! Chair Yoga will be held on the FIRST and THIRD Thursday of the month.

Children from birth to age 5 are invited to enjoy stories, rhymes, music, and movement!

Toddlers and preschool aged children, accompanied by their parent or caregiver, are welcome to join us on Thursdays from 11 am-12pm for arts & crafts, stories, songs, nursery rhymes and snacks!   

Patrons of the Nassau Free Library are invited to attend a special visit to the Clark Museum.

Enjoy a 50 minute video-led dance class, all are welcome!  If you've done a Zumba class, you'll fit right in.  First class is free,  we encourage a $5 donation to the library for subsequent classes.

💖 Friendship Bands & Bracelets – Make & Take!

It’s not all in your head. Fraud has increased exponentially over the past few years. Fraudsters are getting better at their jobs, have better technology, and are taking more money than ever.

Every Thursday afternoon NGPL hosts a drop in "Crafternoon" for kids. Drop into the children's room between 3:00 and 5:00 to participate. There will be a different craft activity each week.

STEAM activities after school. Homework Help is available during program.
