Bring your knitting, crochet or other project and join friends old and new as we share tips and tricks and create!  Drop in between 1 and 3pm or stay the whole time, whatever works for your schedule.

Every Thursday afternoon NGPL hosts a drop in "Crafternoon" for kids. Drop into the children's room between 3:00 and 5:00 to participate. There will be a different craft activity each week.

Join us for Mahjong! Players of all abilities are welcome.

Check out our Adult Coloring program! We have all kinds of markers and colored pencils and adult coloring books for you to use. Gather around the table and make new friends while enjoying some peaceful coloring.

SLTL Board will hold its monthly meeting one week later than normal on June 26 due to the Juneteenth holiday.  All are welcome to attend.

School is out and Summer Reading is in! Sign up for our Summer Reading Program and enjoy some free ice cream, courtesy of Stewart's Shops. Can’t make it to the party? You can sign up for SRP all summer long!

Looking for a new career or fresh career path?  The Rensselaer County Career Center will have a representative at the library to help you with resume building, interview preparation, Job search assistance and Career assessment.

Join us every Friday for LEGO building challenges and board games! Bring your friends, pick a game, and have some fun!

Teens: Join us every 4th Friday from 6:00PM to 8:00PM for D&D! Each session is a one-shot campaign and pre-made characters are available. There's always lots of food.

Annual spring book sale 10 am - 1 pm featuring an assortment of adult and kids books, plus DVDs and some puzzles, large print and audio books.  1pm - 2pm is a bag sale.

This drop-in playtime is for children ages 0-5 and their grown-ups. Stop in to play and meet other families. All play supplies for the kids and coffee for the grown-ups will be provided.

Start off the summer with reading and art! Join us at our open house event from 11-2, where we will have ice cream, popcorn, balloon twisting, crafts, music and more. We are creating a gallery of art, come contribute!

Help us build our library rock snake by joining us to paint a rock and adding to our decorative snake!

Uncharted Wild LLC presents an entertaining, educational, and interactive live animal show for all ages! You can look forward to meeting (mostly scaly) animals and learning some astonishing facts!
