The Cohoes Public Library will be kicking off its Summer Reading Program with an exciting, fun-filled event for the whole family!

Enjoy a fun and educational storytime, featuring crafts and games, every Monday with Ms. Kathy. 

Join us for Ms. Karen's Monday Storytime! Each week children will get a snack, do a craft or activity, and be read stories by our wonderful Ms. Karen. 

Crafting Circle: Mondays at 10:30

Join us at the Stephentown Library for a morning of crafting and socializing. During the crafting circle we will provide a project to work on OR you can bring your own project.

Design your own paper flower to add to our community garden and color our entryway all summer long!

Bridge Club

Mondays @ 1:00 (except for holidays)

Via Aquarium-Invertebrates Show: Monday, June 30 at 4:00

Join us at SML for a fun and interactive show teaching us all about aquatic invertebrates presented by VIA Aquarium.

Join us Monday evenings for a friendly game of mah johgg.  All levels welcome.  Call 518-674-5050 to sign up.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice, useful for enhancing the flow of the body’s energy. This class is suitable for adults of all ability levels and can be done seated if you wish.

For adults and teens ages 15+. Join us to taste some hearty, healthy salads and take home recipes to try!

Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30. Join us for books, movement, singing, and play! Geared towards ages 0-5, but all are welcome. 

Enjoy a 50 minute video-led dance class, all are welcome!  If you've done a Zumba class, you'll fit right in.  First class is free,  we encourage a $5 donation to the library for subsequent classes.

Start some seeds the eco-friendly way with newspaper pods! These simple biodegradable pods make planting a breeze and reduce waste. Sprouted plants can be planted directly in the ground when they're ready!

Come meet your neighbors, have beverage and a snack.

Drop in between 3:30pm and 6pm to build.  We supply the legos, you supply the imagination!
