Looking for a cool and refreshing treat on a hot summer day? Fruit smoothies are colorful, taste delicious, and make a perfect healthy snack!

Join us for a fun Library Scavenger Hunt where kids will solve clues, explore the library, and discover hidden treasures along the way. A perfect adventure for explorers of all ages!

The VIA Aquarium will be joining us and bringing an array of reptiles for everyone to learn about! 

Are you excited for a summer full of fun and creativity? As part of our Summer Reading Program, the library is sponsoring five performances for local children that celebrate the dynamic nature of the arts.

Come out to the Cohoes Public Library for a live aquatic experience with touch tanks from Eddie's Aquarium! This event will be held on Saturday, July 12th from 1-3 PM.

Visit the library's table at the Schodack Farmers Market to apply for a library card, check out a book, sign up for summer reading...the possibilities are endless!

Our family-friendly cooking classes are open to both kids and adults—come stir up some fun together! The library provides all the ingredients and supplies—you just bring your appetite and enthusiasm.
