Thursday is Storytime Day at Altamont Free Library! Join Ms. Meg for a super fun morning of stories, songs, movement, and crafts every Thursday morning in the Community Room at AFL (or on the library patio if the weather is nice)!

Enjoy a 50 minute video-led dance class, all are welcome!  If you've done a Zumba class, you'll fit right in.  First class is free,  we encourage a $5 donation to the library for subsequent classes.

The library is starting a free after-school program for elementary school-aged students who need extra help with reading.

Make a fun bird feeder from a toilet paper roll and bird seeds! Learn about recycling and helping nature!

Watercolor Bookmark Workshop: Thursday, April 30 at 5:00

Join SML Board Member and Artist Ari Lake on a relaxing and engaging Watercolor Workshop. Ari will guide participants in the creation of bookmarks using watercolors. 

Minerva Campbell will introduce the benefits of yoga for health, mind, body, and spirit. $5/class suggested donation. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Registration is required for each class.

This drop-in playtime is for children ages 0-5 and their grownups. Stop in to play and meet other families. All play supplies for the kids and coffee for the grownups will be provided.

Join us for the fun! Stories and activities to get the weekend started.

Music Launch: Free guitar, piano, ukulele and songwriting lessons every Saturday. 45 minute lessons available @ 10am,11am, and noon. By appointment only.  

Join us for story-time for children ages 2-6 and their caregivers! No signup needed.
