What Are You Going Through by Sigrid Nunez
When a woman agrees to stay with a terminally ill friend during her final days, she enters a deeply personal journey that is both ordinary and extraordinary. Through sharp observations, quiet humor, and moments of aching beauty, What Are You Going Through reflects on what it means to show up for someone—and how we navigate the unspoken truths of grief, aging, and compassion.
This moving novel invites rich conversation about mortality, emotional intimacy, and the quiet acts of care that define a life.
