Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice, useful for enhancing the flow of the body’s energy. This class is suitable for adults of all ability levels and can be done seated if you wish.
Instructor Pam Dodson of Wynantskill has been teaching for over 15 years. Please wear flat shoes or sneakers (no sandals) and loose-fitting clothing, and bring a water bottle.
