Join us to learn a quiet meditation practice called "Counting Breaths”.  Meditation can improve your sleep, focus, and patience.  This interactive workshop is designed to help you learn and practice this simple, rule-free meditation to help you calm the mind.  All you need to bring is yourself; no equipment is necessary.
