SG Groat from the Agricultural Stewardship Association, a nonprofit land conservancy that protects farmland and forests will be leading an activity called "Plant Parts Salad". We will discover what parts of plants we eat (root, flower, fruit, stem, leaves, seeds) by dissecting a salad and taste-testing all its ingredients.
